A message from Surrey Hearing Care regarding COVID-19
We are aware of the increasing concerns about the COVID-19 Virus and we would like to let our valued clients know that all Surrey Hearing Care clinics are taking the necessary procedures to make sure the health and well being of all clients is prioritized. Our clinics are sanitized by the hour and our staff is consistently making sure they are in good health to provide service for our clients.
As of June 2020, our doors will be LOCKED as we are only taking clients by APPOINTMENT only. All future walk-ins are asked to wait outside of any of our offices to be sanitized before entering the premise. For all hearing aid battery / hearing aid supplies purchases and hearing aid troubleshooting services, we are offering CURB-SIDE pick up / drop off service. Please call our head office (604) 496 – 3338 if you have any questions or concerns.
We do ask that if you are experiencing any flu or cold like symptoms, have a friend or family member experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or have recently travelled out of the country to please refrain from coming into any of our clinics for public safety.

All our Clinics will be experiencing some scheduling difficulties so please be patient with us for we are doing the best we can to keep our door open to the public.
